Fransız Hükümeti 22 Aralık 2011’de ucuz iç siyaset hesapları ile “Sözde Ermeni Soykırımını iddialarını kabul etmeyenlere para ve hapis cezasını öngören” bir kararı kabul etmiş bulunmaktadır. Fransa Parlamentosu bu yasa ile Türkiye’yi soykırımı kabul etmeye zorlamayı ve dünyada yalnızlaştırmayı hedeflemektedir. Kendi tarihi başta St Bartholomew katliamı olmak üzere yüzlerce insanlık suçu ile dolu olan Fransa Hükümeti’nin tarihî olaylarda hakem rolüne bürünmesi tam anlamıyla izansızlık ve ikiyüzlülüğün açık bir örneğidir. Tarihi böylesi insanlık suçlarıyla dolu bir ülkenin Türkiye’yi hiçbir konuda suçlamaya ve insan hakları maskesi altında ülkemize leke sürmeye hakkının olmadığı açıktır. Fransa Hükümeti bu tavrı ile çok övündükleri Fransız İhtilâl Bildirgesinin “Düşüncelerin, fikir ve kanaatlerin başkalarına serbestçe söylenmesi insanın en değerli haklarındandır. Her vatandaş, serbestçe konuşabilir, yazabilir ve yayın yapabilir” ilkesine de aykırı hareket etmiştir. Anlaşılacağı gibi Fransız Parlamenterler, ilkeleri kendileri koymuş olsalar dahi hiçbir hukukî ve insanî kuralı tanımamış, ilkesiz ve şuursuzca hareket etmişlerdir. Bu karara evet diyenler şunu asla unutmamalıdır ki Türk Milleti, Fransız parlamentosunun fikir ve düşünce hürriyeti için yüz karası olan kararını asla unutmayacak, gelecekte kendilerine yardım edecek bir Muhteşem Süleyman daha bulamayacaklardır. Fransız Parlamenterler tarihî Türk-Fransız dostluğuna zarar vermekle kalmamış, Türk Milletini de ebediyen kaybetmişlerdir. Bu tasarı iki millet arasında derin ve onarılmaz kırgınlıklara yol açmıştır.

The French Government, due to cheap domestic policy plans, has accepted a decision on the date of December 22, 2011 which “presupposes money and prison punishment for the people who do not accept the so-called Armenian Genocide”. With this act, the French Parliament aims to force Turkey to accept the so-called genocide and to isolate Turkey. The French Government’s, whose history is full of hundreds of crimes against humanity like the slaughter of St. Bartholomew, role of judge in historical events is the sample of inconsiderateness and disingenuousness. It is clear that a country whose history is full with such crimes against humanity does not have the right of accusing Turkey on any issue and maligning to Turkey behind the mask of human rights. With this manner, The French Government has acted improperly to the principle of French Revolution Declaration which “The free communication of ideas and opinions is one of the most precious of the rights of man. Every citizen may, accordingly, speak, write, and print with freedom, but shall be responsible for such abuses of this freedom as shall be defined by law.” As it is understood even if the French Parliamentarians has formed the principles themselves, they have not obeyed any of the legal and humanitarian rules and acted in an unprincipled and unconscious manner. Those who have said yes to this decision must be aware that the Turkish nation will never forget the French Parliament’s disgraceful decision against the freedom of opinion and thought, and will not be able to find one more Suleyman the Magnificent to help them in the future. The French Parliamentarians not only have harmed the historical Turkish-French friendship, but also have lost the Turkish Nation forever. This resolution has led to a deep and irrecoverable resentment between the two nations.

As Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Senate, we strongly condemn this “unconsciousness” of France, and invite the public to follow the issue and act in a sensitive manner.

Le Gouvernement farnçais a accepté , le 22 décembre 2011, avec quelque arrière-pensée banale électoraliste, un texte qui prévoit un an de prison et 45 000 euros d’amende pour ceux qui nieront le soi-disant génocide d’Arméniens. Le Parlement français cherche, par cette loi , à forcerla Turquieà reconnaître le génocide et à l’isoler dans le monde. Le fait que le Gouvernement français, dont l’histoire est jallonée par centaines de crimes contre l’humanité et de massacres comme celui de St Barthelemy en tête, se mette dans le rôle d’arbitre pour les événements n’est qu’un exemple spectaculaire de l’irrationalité et de l’hypocrisie.

Il est clair que un gouvernement tel que le Gouvernement français, dont l’histoire est pleine de crimes contre l’humanité, n’a aucun droit à accuserla Turquieen aucun sujet et ni à tacher notre pays en se cachant derrière le masque de « les droits de l’homme ». Le Gouvernement français n’a pas respecté le fameux principe dela Révolutionfrançaise dont il se vente et qui dit : « La liberté d’exprimer et de répandre ses idées, ses pensées et ses opinions à autrui est l’un des droits de l’homme les plus précieux ; tout individu peut librement parler, écrire et publier. »

Comme on le voit bien, les parlementaires français n’ont respecté aucun règle juridique et humanitaire bien qu’ils aient eux-mêmes établi ces principes. Et ils se sont comportés de façon irrationnelle et absurde. Ceux qui ont dit « oui » à cette loi ne doivent jamais oublier quela Nation Turquen’oubliera jamais cette décision du Parlement français, qui est une grande ignominie au nom de la liberté d’expression et de pensée ». Dans l’avenir ils ne pourront plus trouver un Soliman le magnifique pour accourir les aider.

Les parlementaires français n’ont seulement nui à l’amitié historique franco-turque mais aussi ils ont éternellement perdu la Nation Turque.Cette loi a créé entre les deux nations de fâcheries très profondes et irréparables.

En tant que le Sénat de l’Université Mehmet Akif Ersoy nous condamnons très violemment cette irrationalité française et nous invitons l’opinion publique à être plus sensible et à suivre de près ce problème
